My Story

Grew up in the Jordan Downs of The City of Watts, California. When I was newlywed I bought my first home in 2001 with $1200 down, the equivalent of my to be rental deposit. About two years later, I was out of work. Not knowing nothing about real estate, I refinance to be able to support my family. That escrow experience open my eyes to many options and attest to what my real estate friend advise me, real estate builds wealth! The equity was enough to allow me to owned 4 houses. By 2007 The Great Recession made me cut my losses and force me to acquire deep knowledge of what not to do and how to better prepare my self from the cycles of real estate markets.

The outcome definitely made me capable to discern trends utilizing concrete knowledge and technology. On 2015 I was barely overcoming the consequences of the recession. Meditating on how to replace or increase my income I thought of doing something I love, know and I’m passionate, so I decided to obtain my RE license to be able help others navigate the many unknown opportunities of real estate and how to financially protect yourself. In returned it fulfills me, and in the most simplest term it makes me happy helping others.

The Creative Side of Me

Cast on the documentary COLORS STRAIGHT UP which won several awards, including the Cine Golden Eagle, a Silver Award from the Chicago International Film Festival, and a 1997 Oscars® Academy Award nomination. Inspired 2014 to start a Music Label: erraticVIBES ENT. 2016 published my first professional music single Sacred Love.

Developed the career of Legendary Mexican Urban Artist Big Metra the fastest rapper that holds the Record Guinness. In 2019 I became the founder at vybyn, the first music social app that utilizes music as the social glue that connects brands.
